Cool, cool... I think I have an old DVD player in a box in the attic somewhere, I guess I'll go look for it specifically for watching Oppenheimer

I have a laserdisc player a friend gave me. I compared one of the films on disc to a Criterion version that I um...found.
The Criterion version blew it away. It was like the difference between watching a glitchy VHS tape versus a DVD.
Honestly that was about my opinion of laserdisc when I first saw one in the 90s lol I didn't get what the big deal was
