Schindler’s List (masterpiece, almost a perfect film in my eyes) or cricket?
Both are on TV
just because a lot of people dont know, the movie was based on the book by Australian author Thomas Keneally. It was called Schindler's Ark in Australia/commonwealth countries, but they renamed it (because of course) in the USA
the book: the book was called schindler's ark.
Weirdly, I think Schindler’s List was a better film than Schindler’s Ark was a book. It’s one of those rare times when the adaptation strips away all the original’s rough parts.
Hard agree. I found the book really hard to read, and not for the harrowing reason of what it’s all about. I just found the middle 150 pages really, really boring.
i agree!
Cricket, I agree that Schindler's List should not be watched with ad breaks. (Also like MeanElevator I don't think I can watch it a second time, although it's an amazing film)
You don't want to soil Schindler's List with ad breaks. Unless it keeps raining.
Cricket
I can't stand cricket and would choose it over the movie.
Nothing against the flick, but not something I'm keen to watch again
Cricket
Not sure I could do schindler’s list since I’m feeling so depressed and full of anxiety.
