Oooooh momma.

I've mentioned that the house is built on a hill, so it's raised. I've also mentioned we have the 6mx3m underhouse basement area that's plumbed and wired as it was a ground level laundry (now claimed by His Lordship as his brewery) . But. Uh did i mention the subfloor area separate to that? About 2m head clearance that expands literally under the rest of the entire house?

'Cos when i said 'working on basement' today, that's what i was talking about. Ima gonna need more shelves......

Claustrophobia aside, did this sub-floor not appear on the plans when you purchased? And tell me more about this brewery lark

Oh we saw it in person when inspecting (1960's build). It was one of the big pluses for us.

His Lordship has been doing homebrew for nearly two decades now, he's over the moon at having a big ol' area to himself, I'm pretty sure he unpacked his spiedel braumeister before his underpants once we moved in lol
