Addressable LED devices do not show in OpenRGB, only the ARGB controller they are attached to. You will need to resize the ARGB header zone on the motherboard to the number of LEDs in the cooler. ARGB is a one-way protocol so there is no standard way to detect the presence or number of attached LEDs, though I think some ARGB controllers can detect using out-of-protocol means like measuring the current draw on the ARGB header but OpenRGB doesn't support this.
Thanks a lot! Now the cooler's fan is lighting, but not the CPU block. I tried adding more segments but it seems not to fix it.
I finally found the good way, I had set too small size for the concerned segment. Thanks again for your help.
