Hey, another chiptuner! What's your setup? I use 2 DMGs with LSDj, looking to muck around with a C64 too.

Right now, i'm messing around with furnacetracker. It's got almost everything in one package! The chip I usually focus on is the YM2608 chip because it's close to a genesis chip. I'm still trying to wrap my head around it though, the third FM channel when split up is still a mystery to me lol

Oh I've heard of Furnacetracker! Wow I checked the GitHub, you weren't kidding. I may need to have a play. If you're into gameboys my friend's working on Retroplug and it's pretty neat!

That FM twang though, Ecco the dolphin on the Megadrive got me hooked as a kid. Are you playing with a hardware YM2608 or through Furnacetracker?

Whoah, that's cool! Gonna have to try it out at some point.

I just use furnace to make covers, but it would be nice to use the actual chip at some point. Maybe there's a stray PC98 on ebay or something lol
