Does anyone else have a cheese fetish?
I just bought 6 different cheeses - burger cheese, cheese sticks, Mersey Valley, pecorino, laughing cow (one fridged, one pantry). They all have different applications.
And I have more in the fridge already.
Castello blue cheese is well up there for me.
Yesssssssssssssss
castello is delicious on crusty french bread
and blue cheddar is good too
Yes. That's a good cheese! I like it with those fancy fig biscuits.
I have one for whatever cheese they use in burgers.
I have 7 kinds of cheese in the fridge ,
π
I just counted and I have pizza cheese, cheese slices, cottage cheese, ricotta and tasty cheese so that's 11. π
2 kinds pizza cheese, pasta topping, grated tasty, tasty slices, colby slices, brie
I'm ashamed to admit it, but seeing this is an anonymous forum, yes I do.
There's nothing to be ashamed of. Cheese is flavour. Cheese is life.
My current count is a grated tasty, feta, block of vintage cheddar, goats cheese, Parmesan wedge, cream cheese, Jarlsberg. So thatβs 7. Basically the bare minimum.
