Zelda and Brotato. Brotato is like the actualization of what all the Vampire Survivors clones could be. Unlike the rest of the genre, you're not getting massive permanent scaling boosts, just unlocks for items that can appear in the runs roguelike style.

Subnautica has been amazing! It is one of the best open world games ever made and I highly recommend it!

[–] pory@lemmy.world 1 points 1 year ago

Oh lord, are you playing subnautica because of the Oceangate news lmao

Just started diablo 3 on switch, got it a month or two ago on sale, started playing a day ago. Damn it's fun!

I played d1 100 years ago, and havent messed with it since. Don't know how long I'll be playing, but having a blast for now.

[–] MiddleWeigh@lemmy.world 1 points 1 year ago

I haven't played Diablo in a minute, wonder if it'd run on my broke ass set up 🤔

[–] Xylinna@lemmy.world 1 points 1 year ago

Currently playing Octopath 2. It’s has some interesting plot points and I like the turn based combat system and has a great nostalgia style for old pixel games.

Currently playing pokemon reborn. It is lots of fun so far, but also much harder than a normal pokemon game.

Doing another playthrough of breath of the wild. I'm more or less over the story, so I'm just screwing around with the different glitches that were left unpatched. Right now I'm playing with the cryonis one for the trial of the sword. If I can complete it and kill the hinox, I'll think about getting tears of the kingdom. The control sticks like to get slippery halfway through his hp though...

I have skyrim running on a janky PC. Haven't played it in a little bit, but I'm always about to lol. Soon enough.

[–] LucidDaemon@lemmy.world 1 points 1 year ago

Diablo IV, just switched to the infimist build and it kicks ass.

I'm deep into the second act of Ghost of Tsushima and I'm completely baffled how I missed this game when it came out. It's absolutely beautiful in every way possible

[–] teft@lemmy.world 1 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Ghost of Tsushima is one of my favorite games ever. I envy you playing it for the first time.

Diablo 4 but losing interested a bit lately. Not sure what I will be playing next.

[–] jetsetdorito@lemmy.world 1 points 1 year ago

Grounded and Cities Skylines

[–] Mononon@lemmy.world 1 points 1 year ago

Final Fantasy XVI God of War 3 Remastered Remnant From the Ashes (with a friend) Ace Attorney Chronicles Destiny 2

Kinda just slowly working my way through all that. I tend to bounce around games a lot.

Just now finished a complete run in Titan Quest - main campaign and all 4 DLCs in all 3 difficulties!

Overall time - 9 days, 21 hours and 25 mins. Char level 78 out of 85. Too many deaths - too embarrassing to tell XD

[–] TwystedKynd@lemmy.world 1 points 1 year ago

Got back into Hardspace Shipbreaker for some mindless relaxation. Also Chivalry 2 and Diablo IV.

[–] NSA_Server_04@lemmy.world 1 points 1 year ago

Really enjoying Timberborn.

[–] aadrcw@lemmy.world 1 points 1 year ago

Currently doing yet another play through in Skyrim VR (Heavily modded of course) If you have a vr headset and have never tried it, I can highly recommend. Keep in mind there are a few essential mods to make the VR version worth playing.

[–] TruOrFic@lemmy.world 1 points 1 year ago

Currently playing League of Legends: Wild Rift.
Game is much better in terms of controls, and the map is smaller, less cluttered, with a semi-normal community (compared to LoL).

Highly recommend for those into MOBAs.

Legend of Heroes Trail in the Sky SC

its been a nice little game so far. its a pretty simple jrpg with a focus on story and characters. its fantasy of sorts but isnt quite so goofy or convoluted as square enix games like to be. I've been good so far

[–] vaptor@lemmy.world 1 points 1 year ago (1 children)

My favorite game series ever. Hope you'll have great time with it.

Also you can get the EVO sprite patch (more modern character drawings) and voice-over patch, if you haven't already.

[–] TONKAHANAH@lemmy.world 1 points 1 year ago

I have the vo patch. Didn't know there was any spite upgrades. I'll probably just keep it as is though, I have no complaints on how it looks

[–] anarchobayesian@lemmy.world 1 points 1 year ago

I'm almost done playing through the Convergence mod for Elden Ring, and it's so good! If you liked the base game I highly recommend giving it a try.

I'm also playing a bit of Diablo 4, which has its problems but is pretty fun with a couple of friends.

[–] danielfgom@lemmy.world 1 points 1 year ago

PS4: Assetto Corsa Conpetizione and Drive Club. My two favourites.

[–] Nytelock@lemmy.world 1 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Starpoint Gemini warlords myself and vanilla WoW on a Pserver

Turtle is great. Like how they enhance the Paladin class.

Having said that, I'm currently enjoying WoW Ascension's latest server. So many new classes to play, and enchantments and build points assignment while leveling is done for you automagically, so you don't have to hassle with that.

[–] Evrala@lemmy.world 1 points 1 year ago

Currently playing through the FFVII remake, really enjoying it. Never played the original ff7 but engaged with some ff7 adjacent content like Advent Children.

When I don't have much time I'm playing through Cult of the Lamb on my Steam Deck and it's really quite charming!

[–] MidgarZolom@lemmy.world 1 points 1 year ago

For some reason Dragonflight has me in its talons again.

Been going on rotation between Factorio, Path of Exile, and Need for Speed Underground 2 for a few months now. Hard recommend all 3

I also finished Jedi Survivor story, but not 100% completion. Been eyeing the FF7 remake.

[–] Foreverwinter@lemmy.world 0 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Also been eyeing the FF7 remake but decided to play the original first, as I never got to finish it in the '90s. Been really enjoying it.

[–] orientalsniper@lemmy.world 1 points 1 year ago

Oh, you are in for a treat.
