Good morning! π€ Yarra City Council held it's first citizenship ceremony in Apr-23, after the feds lifted a ban imposed on the council in 2017 (political controversy). Does anyone know where the ceremonies were held in the interim or has this created a huge backlog? Thanks

Instead, citizenship ceremonies for residents of the local government area, which has a population of 80,000, will be conducted by neighbouring councils or by the immigration department. The department will hold a ceremony in Yarra council on 26 January.
I tried a Reece's mini cup chocolate. After unwrapping the sweet, I popped it it my mouth and nearly swallowed the additional paper (like a patty pan) that it was sitting in. So I guess this is a PSA.
The chocolate was mega sweet. Much prefer their icecreams.
Has anyone used their own gender version of the Snapchat filter βmy new twinβ on themselves? I did it and it either gave me body dysmorphia or Iβm actually depressingly ugly. And how would I even know which one.
Hmm this wefwef.app web app for Lemmy is pretty slick except it seems to be missing all of the formatting options when writing comments. No add image/spoiler etc.
Everything else about the experience is decent until Boost arrives. It seems to remember my comments sorting preference which is a win and the red line from top level comments is gone.
Edit: spoke too soon on remembering sorting preference. It reverted to hot from new on a fresh launch. It did remember it while I was navigating around within the same session though.
