The Emperor's New Groove is, IMHO, the funniest film Disney has ever made. Most of the films from the Disney revival era are basically musicals with comic relief, but TENG is pure Looney Tunes. It has a great cast and it's laugh-out-loud funny from beginning to end.
It is such a great movie. Lighthearted, but with a good moral message. So many moments that reference pop culture at the time, but in a timeless way. Just all around great writing and great voice actors. I remember laughing so hard as a kid (and from there on) when Yzma turned into a kitten. So unexpectedly delightful. The movie had lots of those moments.
Naked Gun 1-3
Airplane 1 and 2
Fatal Instinct
Hot Fuzz
The Other Guys
Also came here to say Hot Fuzz! It's truly a masterclass in comedy.
The Gods Must Be Crazy. There are legitimate critiques of its treatment of race since it takes place in apartheid Namibia and South Africa, but everyone in the movie seems to be having a great time and the physical comedy is top notch
Anything by Mel Brooks
The Princess Bride, and National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation. Both have so many great lines they still crack me up every time!
Hot Rod, Step Brothers, and Tropic Thunder are a few. I love Tucker & Dale vs Evil too
Oh man, Hot Rod! Probably among the times I've laughed the hardest.
The life of brian
Hot fuzz
Monty Python Search for the Holy Grail.
"One day all of this will be yours!"
"The curtains???"
I just want...to siiing
What We Do In The Shadows
Tucker and Dale VS Evil
Are the two that make me laugh no matter what.
Shoot Em Up too, but for different reasons.
Holy Grail. Animal House.
National lampoons vacation and Christmas vacation, & Planes, Trains, and Automobiles.
I still laugh at Shrek.
Hmm, on top of my head I find these very very re-watchable, but there are so many more.
- Some Like it Hot
- Airplane!
- The Naked Gun movies.
- Blazing Saddles
- The Blues Brothers
- National Lampoon's Vacation
- Young Frankenstein
- Robin Hood: Men in Tights
- Planes, Trains and Automobiles
- Happy Gilmore
- The Big Lebowski
- Liar Liar
You'll probably enjoy top secret! in that case.
The naked gun movies are based on a series called "police squad". There are so many gems going on in the background that you'll notice new things rewatching it. It's also with Leslie Nielson.
Definitely check it out if you haven't :).
Megamind
Monty Python's Life of Brian
Dirty Rotten Scoundrels
Not Another Teen Movie
The Meaning of Life, too. Those two Python flicks never get old.
Yes my very unpopular opinion is that white chicks is the funniest movie ever made. So many hilarious scenes. Also, Friday and Superbad always keep me in stitches.
I can't believe I haven't seen my all time favorite on this list yet.
Supertroopers
I've seen this at least 50 times. I still laugh throughout the movie
Kung Fu Hustle by Stephen Chow
Eurotrip
I Love You Man
Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping
Naked gun. All of βem.
Hot Fuzz
Billy Madison
Out Cold
Major Payne
Blazing Saddles
... Just to name some off the top of my head.
The Return of the Pink Panther
- The Producers (1967 Version.). Every scene with Zero Mostel and Gene Wilder is unhinged brilliance, and the supportig cast is equally good.
- Arsenic and Old Lace: I know it's a high school drama club staple, but the original film starring Cary Grant is still hilariou. And the plot was way ahead of its time.
- Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery
Donβt be a menace to society while drinking your Krunk juice in the hood.
Baseketball
Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny will have me dying every time, stoned or not. Though most likely baked out of my fucking mind, because that's how it's meant to be watched.
Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back will always hold a special place to me as one of Kevin Smith's funniest, but that's heavily a nostalgic one for me. I remember being one of 8 people in the local theater the day it opened, my dad pulled me out of school to go see it. Even just seeing the DVD menu makes me grin like a loon.

What can I say? A man of simple tastes.
This is the End
Forgetting Sarah Marshall
I love you man
Knocked Up
Rush hour 1/2
Dumb and Dumber
Liar liar
Hangover
Step Brothers, Talladega Nights and Burn After Reading are three that consistently do it for me.
Major Payne, Grandma's Boy, Shrek 1 & 2, Super Troopers, My Cousin Vinny,
Grandma's Boy!
The princess bride, Stripes, Airplane, Top Secret, The Room, Birdemic, a few others.
Hot Fuzz, Super Troopers, and National Lampoons Chistmas Vacation.
Borat. Why can't I see this higher up. It drives me laughing like crazy.
I'll just second OP and say that my girlfriend keeps watching that real shit over and over to the point that we can almost act out the entire thing.
