Did you look on the tag to see if they changed the fabric "recipe" or just how it's made? I had some shorts that were like 70/30 cotton/poly, and then I bought new ones with the same name and they were 70/30 poly/cotton, and I hated the new ones.

I like it way better than whatever I paid in taxes to blow up people on the other side of the world this year.

Somebody might, but as a group they don't value these. They are pretty picky, there's a lot of notes of there.

The type closest to this would be Ladders I think. Like 12345678 or 23456789. True ladder are very rare and valuable but broken ladders are pretty common. By the time you get to something like 67890432 you probably wouldn't have any premium to the average buyer

Some people call doing meth ice skating, and I support OP ice or roller skating rather than going and doing meth, but I support OP going and doing meth rather than continuing to doom scroll their devices.

I was at a party once where they burned a mattress, actually it wasn't really a party, just a meth heads house at night time. So you could do that.

At least he didn't say whatever Mantis did.

"Language, too, forces the air from the lungs. Beyond the high walls and barbed wire and checkpoints that pen this place, there is the empire. And the empire as well is cocooned inside its own fortress of language. A language through the prism of which buildings are never destroyed but rather spontaneously combust in which blasts come and go like Chinooks over the mountain, and people are killed as though to be killed is the only natural and rightful ordering of their existence as though living was an aberration.

And this language might protect the empire's most bloodthirsty fringe, but the fringe has no use for linguistic malpractice. It is instead the middle, the liberal, well-meaning, easily upset middle that desperately needs the protection this kind of language provides.

Because it is the middle of the empire that must look upon this and say, yes, this is tragic, but necessary, because the alternative is barbarism, the alternative of the countless killed and maimed and orphaned and left without home; without school, without hospital, and the screaming from under the rubble and the corpses disposed of by vultures and dogs and days old babies left to scream and starve is barbarism."

Um say what? Lichens are a complex composite life form that is a symbiotic partnership of two separate organisms, a fungus and an algae or cyanobacterium. Scabs on a rock! The disrespect!

Oh yeah it's not necessarily a listen to your elders post. Often they actually are full of it. Just sometimes when you think "this old bat is crazy" you'll grow up to realize they were 100% right. It's very difficult or impossible to tell which is which at the time.

When I was a kid I remember my elders telling me advice and conspiracy theories, just stuff about how the world works, and I, mostly internally, would roll my eyes or laugh. Now decades later many of those things seem to have been the truth ( obviously some couldn't be further from it but that's a different post)

but what sticks out to you as the thing that you just knew was such rubbish nonsense, and now years later you understand to be true.

For his family it is. Support candidate. Candidate is a filthy pedophile. Son has a spine. Secret service who are protecting pedo mansion kill son. (why are the ss guarding pedo mansion if he isn't even there?)

So yeah for the son it seems to be more of a redemption arc, but for the family fairly leopards ate my face.

Iran is such a beautiful country. I've watched people motorcycle and bicycle through it on YouTube and the people are so kind and warm. It's really upsetting the way America wields it's might.
