I think gaming is way more engaging than just watching something where you don't do a thing but watch. There are many games where you actually have to use your brain, maybe make different choices or immerse yourself in a character. Whatever you are into. Of course there is brain-dead stuff too which can be awesome as well at times.
I need to get a beanbag. We had two when I was a kid and they were the go to when playing on the TV. Excellent hidden training :)
I envy you being able to play this for the first time. I wish I could relive that moment again. Maybe I can when my son gets a bit older.
I am still doing the same things as I did as a child. Maybe less outdoor stuff but I blame that on lack of friends :(
Neither do I but I hope it means you can run your windows installed games from Linux now instead of having to redownload them to another drive. Would help in converting my friends to Linux in the future.

Yes, I agree. I sadly bought the switch 2 in hopes it would be a banger but so far it is just a massive disappointment. I also think exclusives suck but at the same time since it is Nintendo I know they will never ever release any of their stuff to any other format. They are the only ones standing firm on this point.
I also vote with my wallet and believe this is super important and tell others to do the same. But at the same time i guess I am just a sucker Nintendo fanboy since I own pretty much all their consoles.

Same, except I also kind of take care of my family also. Guess I took a wrong turn somewhere 🙄 Video games is the only reason I have any sanity any more.
All consoles have exclusives. What do you mean? Some games are even pc exclusive.
I agree that having the possibility to play all games on all consoles/computers would be great but that is not the world we live in. And you are not forced to play everything. Or you could like... Borrow the console and game from a friend just like in 1991.
I haven't played since autumn but the new mario kart wasn't great. I was so disappointed :(
Oh. I never knew that a woman was behind this great series of games. I spent so many hours in these games.
