My doctor recently put me on a pretty complex medication routine, and honestly, seeing it written all out on paper looks a bit overwhelming. Here is what I'm taking:

  • Lexapro – 20 mg
  • Inderal – 40 mg
  • Wellbutrin – 300 mg
  • Symbyax – 3/25 mg Looking at this list, it feels like a heavy mix—an SSRI, a beta-blocker, an NDRI, plus an antipsychotic combo. I’m really curious about a few things:
  1. How common is a setup like this? Is it pretty standard for doctors to stack these different classes together when treating tougher cases, or is this a bit unconventional?

  2. Wellbutrin + Symbyax combo: Does it make sense to pair Wellbutrin with Symbyax to help balance out things like brain fog, low energy, or blunted emotions?

  3. Long-term experience: If you or someone you know has been on a multi-med regimen like this, how did it go once your body fully adapted?

(Not looking for medical advice, just trying to see if anyone else has been on a similar cocktail and how it worked out for you!)

I had a trip to Turkey with our family car. They really did burned down entire forests in Greece border to entire Turkey region. Some say it was done to change the agenda in Turkey but I don't really know, all I know is that somebody really spend his precious time into burning alot of forests, we were just passing by from Canakkale and saw alot of forests in ashes that it terrified me, it was like a nightmare.

It was a sarcasm, I thought people would get it because of the “lol” — my bad. All I was trying to say is, to me, using AI without putting in real effort, time, or actual skill doesn’t feel like art. If anyone can just type a few words and get results instantly, then it loses meaning. That’s not creativity, that’s convenience. And yeah, I get that it can still look good — but calling it “your art do also just doesn’t sit right with me too.

Now explain that to people who brainstorm for hours on a prompt to put into AI to create something lol. Both parties make an effort wether it's physical or mental to create something /s although without AI the range in art is quite limitless and you don't have any boundaries so it's more preferred and logical. I never used AI but I could make up why people would use it for, because you need to have a serious talent and experience to turn it into perfection but i do agree that, ai should not count as art or such

I have ADHD. Life is tough, I could never focus, it lowers my attention span and makes me lose focus on the stuff I need making me pay attention to unwanted stuff near.

I actually got my hands on Frankincense drops and started to eat them like crazy, when I decided to try one of them. It tasted like actual raw glass like rocks although I liked eating them and didn't knew why until now. Although they have almost zero to non taste, eating them was quite addictive in my experience

Man... When I was younger I used to fake my age, I know that some kid's still going to find a way to bypass the system like giving their parent's verification IDs or something..
