Thanks for the cheat sheet idea! That might help!!

This is one of my goals of the year - to better myself at doing online research. I wish to be able to get more precise (?) results for what I am searching. Idk if I'm making myself clear here but I'd greatly appreciate any tips that you may have for me. Thanks in advance!

Edit: As pointed out in responses so far, my issue lies in not knowing how to properly ask the internet the question which I want answered. It's mostly a discussion about precise legal point that I seek in a judgement or academic article.

Malaria isn't communicable. Also, it is not fatal as long as it does not go undiagnosed/untreated.

I agree with what you're stating and I hope that that's where we are headed - there just being man, woman, and non-binary gender identities. For now though, as I see it, cis/trans become relevant in three ways (off the top of my head):

  1. Medical situations - self explanatory
  2. In pursuance of romantic/sexual relations - society is still at the stage where the visual perception of a person lead to certain presumptions. Not everyone may be okay with dating/having sex with a person who has different genitalia than they presumed that their partner would have.
  3. [This point is my personal opinion] The visibility of people openly owning their journey can be a source of information, give courage to others who are undergoing the same journey and are scared or confused. I knew about my orientation way before I realized that there's a term for it or that their are others like me.

I hope I got your query right.

How do businesses source customers? Especially important for new businesses or new products that customers dont know about.

Given the shift towards online shopping, the businesses can easily provide the necessary information along with the product they are selling. In that case, only those customer who are looking for a specific type of product get to see the information. Retains the necessary elements of advertising & marketing without the unnecessary element of consumerism.

More so as >300 out of those 500 are believed to be Pakistani nationals trying to flee the worst economic crisis their country has seen in decades while the son of a Pakistani businessman felt compelled to splurge that kind of money on a bonding exercise.

Pity! Had it been true, Canadians could've gotten free transportation as well...

Come over. I'm sure I can cook you some diarrhea-inducing food. It'll be spicy as hell, so sweating and peeing gets sorted too. And I'm sure it's not going to be easy to find.

Ability to successfully persuade any living being to do what I want them to do.

Inman Grant, who once worked for Twitter, gave the company 28 days to show it was serious about tackling the problem or face fines of 700,000 Australian dollars ($476,000) for every day it missed the deadline.

@52fighters I guess asking them to scream "Pakistan zindabad" (praising Pakistan) or "Hindustan Murdabad" (Down with India) can put them under stress. Especially if you insist that they shout it before proceeding with whatever they want to talk about. However, if I were in your place, I'd start pitching a sale for some made-up product to them.
