Currently they already are nearshoring target so capital and products are flowing well enough it seems. What is missing is free flow of people which would mean roughly 25% of their people emigrate. Perception of EU in 2026 is a lot different than in 2004 when the big eastward expansion happened.

Serbia is building a lot of infrastructure without EU. And they seemingly like the foreign policy freedom they currently have outside of the EU. Why would they even want to join? They know it means political castration compared to status quo...for what exactly?

Countries are selfish as always. But you can't argue that whole world operates within same constraints and legal frameworks.

So Fukushima was anti Japanese propaganda all along?

I preferred pen and paper for note taking, didn't take notes on laptop for CS uni even. But having instruction material in digital form wins imo. Bulky exercise books are not worth it imo. I suspect publishers prefer those for beefy books for other reasons....but I would not be surprised if for lower elementary school exercise books with lots of images and fun exercises have positive impact.

Which is not a stereotype for Indians in the Balkans.

When Orban was in office I assumed that he positioned himself in a way that would allow him to "protect" Hungarian minority in Ukraine by probably a similar manuever that Russians did in 2014. I don't think similar scenario for Poland was ever realistic.

But that part was never said out loud, just speculation on my part. I hope that preconditions that would test my speculation never arrive.

The comment about being mistaken for romani is probably correct. But in that scenario I do not understand why everyone would get back into water while he was on shore. It makes no sense. I suspect OP is fake, possibly gay.

In my local market EVs got a big jump as well. Thank you Trump! Managed to show the whole world that relying on fossil fuels means rellying on a handful of dictators to not get mad.

Being sanctioned by USA nowadays means getting banned from 90% of commercial internet. This is a clear example that being careful is not paranoia but valid precaution.

Currently I'm just buying IWDA as my long term investments. I came across some informative yt video about factor investing and how it's the next sound and logical step after all-market ETFs. Does anyone have any advice on ETF setup that includes small caps and value stocks?
