I don't think they will be ready. The aipac wing of the Dems would rather aipac repubs win than progressive candidates.

Currently they are afraid of losing the midterm elections and getting investigated and impeached. Jail comes after for some.
Not only that, but the tax breaks in the big bill were planned to be offset by tariff revenue. So we get fewer services, we're spending more than ever on daily goods, and the rich are coming out on top, as usual. All the while debt is ballooning.
Tell my wife about it, she gets annoyed that I put a song in her head. I go about my day and eventually i get into something else with my ADHD brain.

I seriously used to work with a guy who thought wind turbines might have negative impact on the environment because it was "taking the wind".
If they pulled it off it'd be a real weird vibe. On one hand there will be parades, parties and celebration. On the other hand the Republicans are still in power so Lord knows what they'd do with President eye liner in response.
I like both. Vinyl is fun because you have to more actively deal with it, which keeps me engaged with listening.
CDs are good because they are cheap and I grew up in the 90s, so I like the selection. There are some things you just can't get on vinyl. They are also nice because you don't have to flip them.
I had an old receiver so I just picked up a cheap dvd player with OSD to handle playing CDs and it has worked really well. I just switch inputs depending on my mood for maximum nostalgia.
