Just tried it with top photo and it seems to recognize it as such. There is a little playback button up top and it's clearly not recognized as video. Although no way to extract a single frame.

The joke with this, is that the drivers think that e.g. blue-white retrofit led produce "more light" and they "can see better". That's why no manufacturer does "warm" led headlights

Germany, of all, clarified that all cars that are registered and individually approved after November 2024 have to fulfill the full set EU regulations. Previously, only the regulations of the respective member state had to be fulfilled. Those are mostly from the 60s to 80s and very lax.
