Hello! Jordan and I have begun work on comic #400. I’ve just finished thumb nailing the first draft! I know it’s still months away until we get to 400 but there’s a lot of work to do and I’m really excited about how it’s going :D

We reached 40,000 likes on our facebook page this week! Woop woop! Thank you so much for your awesome support. All your lovely emails, comments, messages, likes, and shares really encourage me to keep making more comics and art. This is also a good time to remind you that although I only post comics once a week here, I post drawings/doodles/photos almost daily on facebook, twitter, instagram, and google+ so have a look!

Oh and thanks for all the suggestions for stuff we should do on our Europe trip! I’ve been noting everything down :D

Jordan and I are going to Europe later this year! We’re planning on going to Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, Amsterdam, Brussels, and Paris. So let us know what places to visit and what things we should do! At the moment I’m super excited about Miniatur Wunderland. It looks WUNDERBAR.

This comic is based loosely on a real story. I once folded a tiiiiny paper crane and my friend asked to see it. But when I gave it to him, he popped it into his mouth and ate it. Jordan laughed a lot. RIP Tiny Crane :(

Happy new year everyone! Hope you had an awesome holiday, and enjoyed the doodles and drawings that I posted on facebook, instagram, and twitter over the break.

I’ve updated a couple of things on the site recently. Firstly we have a new header! Exocomics started in 2009 and since then we’ve had four different headers so I made this. It was weird to see how much the artwork has changed over the years. Li’s eyes are shrinking!

I added a bunch of old stock to the prints page, which are on sale. Also for the next week, all original drawings are on sale for NZ$40 (they are usually NZ$50).

Merry Christmas everybowd! This is the last comic for the year! I’m taking two weeks off so the next comic will be on the 7th of January. In the meantime I’ll still be posting sketches and doodles to my facebook, twitter, and instagram as usual.

I’ve also added a few new drawings to the store this week. Remember each one is unique so once it’s sold it’s gone forever!

Thanks again for an awesome year. Making comics wouldn’t be nearly as fun without all your kind words of encouragement. I hope you all have a safe and happy holidays and I’ll see you again soon :D

Just a reminder that for most of you the shipping deadline for Christmas is the 2nd of December (unless you live in NZ or Australia) so if you want to buy anything from the exocomics store do it soon. There’s a lot of ocean between New Zealand and the rest of ya!

For the last couple of weeks I've been working on Detective Beans book four (FOUR! I can't believe it!) so Beans and Biscuits have been in my head everywhere I go, especially when I'm on my walks :)

Also, if you're thinking 'Book four? Book three isn't even out yet!' then you'd be totally right! I'll be sharing more about book three soon...

Hey guys! Now that we’re in November I’ve added a new banner with the final dates that you can purchase stuff from the exocomics store so that they arrive for Christmas. The dates are:

NZ - 19th December

Australia - 7th December

Asia/US/UK/Europe - 2nd December

Everybody else - 1st December

This doesn’t include t-shirts though, please check cafepress for their dates.

Volume 3 is now available in the store! Also, you can get Vol 3 and Comic 300 together and save $5. Plus we’ve reduced the shipping cost for books from now until Christmas!

I’ve been getting a lot of messages from people asking if we’re planning on reprinting Volumes 1 & 2. We’d really like to, but we don’t know when we’ll have the funds to do it. In the meantime if you want to collect all the books, it’s probably best to buy Volume 3 now, because we can’t be sure that all the books will be in stock at the same time :)
