Tesla dealerships are getting protested and, in some cases, vandalized. Sales are down on 9 of the top 10 countries Tesla sells in. Yet Tesla stock is up. Twitter is a cesspool of nazi-themed bots, and somehow just pulled in $1bn and raised its valuation back up to $44bn.

How is any of this possible? It seems really artificial to me, but I don't really understand business.

An investigative report released by James’ office determined prosecutors would not be able to disprove that the deputy, John Rosello, believed the car was about to hit him or that firing into the car was a way to prevent himself from being harmed.

Rosello, of the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office, fatally shot Dhal Apet, 17, and Lueth Mo, 15, as he was investigating the burglary of a smoke shop in the Syracuse area and responding to a call about people transferring items between two vehicles.

The FBI’s New York field office normally handles counterintelligence, counterterrorism, public corruption, international drug trafficking, and financial crime investigations. Right now, though, it has been ordered to prioritize redacting sensitive information in the Jeffrey Epstein files.

Vanity Fair reports, citing multiple sources, that nearly a thousand agents, who normally work on national security issues in the bureau’s largest field office, are working night and day combing the documents instead of on their regular jobs.

A “ban on the possession of metallic knuckles falls within the historical tradition of prohibiting the concealed carry of metallic knuckles as a dangerous and unusual weapon,” Judge Christopher Murray wrote in a 3-0 opinion Tuesday.

Brass knuckles are usually a single set of rings that fits on someone’s hand. A punch can inflict serious injuries.

However, I recently read an article, 'Experts Recommend Using Hunger As Egg Substitute', which had a glaring and obvious piece of misinformation. In this news, they write "It’s also vegan, cost-effective, and much lower in cholesterol compared to a typical egg-based dish.". Although I will concede that it is significantly more cost-effective (in the short term) than other substitutes, as a Vegan, I CANNOT STAND for this blatant and utter untruth. The body digesting it's stomach lining in hope of scrounging nutrients that aren't there simply cannot be construed as being anything other than 'eating meat'. I will stick to eating eggs, thank you.

I had previously enjoyed articles such as 'Your Horoscope — Today’s Birthday', 'We're Under New Management, Effective Immediately', and 'Heartbreaking: The Worst Person You Know Just Made A Great Point'.

Despite these previously outstanding articles from them, I will NO LONGER be reading their 'news'paper due to this CRITICAL offense.
