You can't be sure after reinstalling Windows. Install Linux instead.
This guy can't even google how to factory reset his laptop. Linux is not a good choice for him.
I'm asking bc I want to do the most effective thing, after I get told what to do I can do it I swear haha Just trying to get as much advice as possible
