Star Trek The Next Generation Final Unity is one of the best Star Trek games made to date. It's a point and click adventure game that essentially has you going through a long episode of Star Trek with a few different set pieces and plots.
I think many video games miss the point of Star Trek and fail to capture the spirit of the show, but this one tells a story that could have been a handful of episodes.
I have a lot of fond nostalgia for A Final Unity, but the two TOS point & click games are way better designed. Plus they’re far easier to get hold of, since they’re sold on GOG while Final Unity isn’t available digitally anywhere.
That said, Final Unity is still good and if you prefer TNG then find a way to play that!
I'm sure there's a way to still play it? I'm not sure how but I'll look into it
