What sort of degenerate would say that in anything but satire? I mean, I’ve both heard and read it recently, but what do we call them?
I mean theres one instance where I think it okay to say it. To women who voted trump. In order to demonstrate a point.

The fascists are saying that since their political party won the election, men can threaten to rape women. Not fascist men, any man. Not progressive women, any woman. Avoid agreeing with them by imitating them.
