Without reading the article, I can only assume they used a battery powered circular saw. Heck, they probably even covered their faces and hands while leaving their phones at home!
Best power tool is definitely a cordless portable bandsaw. Or so I hear.

By many magnitudes, yes. And also the bandsaw is significantly quieter.
I have been wanting a bandsaw. For my home workshop which is kind of just a second kitchen because this house is weird. I definitely don't need it outside or anything
