Linux is a family of open source Unix-like operating systems based on the Linux kernel, an operating system kernel first released on September 17, 1991 by Linus Torvalds. Linux is typically packaged in a Linux distribution (or distro for short).
Distributions include the Linux kernel and supporting system software and libraries, many of which are provided by the GNU Project. Many Linux distributions use the word "Linux" in their name, but the Free Software Foundation uses the name GNU/Linux to emphasize the importance of GNU software, causing some controversy.

I may be too charitable, but I imagine it has to do with how many people, such as colleagues we may have, can fall for this type of shit. We're all able to be reactionary and give in to bs, some of us just have more knowledge and/or more empathy so we're able to see through it much easier. So while DHH may not be redeemable, some dumbass on Twitter who defends DHH may still be redeemed, depending on the choices they make and how much harm they do or don't do along the way.
ANY middle aged person should be able to understanf thst theyre supporting or spreading nazi bullshit.
Thats why we HAD to hang a couple propagandists during the Nuremburg Trials. If youre old enough to understand that youre supprting and spreading nazi bullshit? Youre old enough to recieve ALL the consequences of doing that.
