Communists argue for arming the masses so they can remain in permanent revolution against the elites/any new elites that try to seize power.
Capitalists argue for consolidating power in the elites. At the very least only people who can afford them would have them but then that's not a right.

I think for any ideology, adherence to theory is more important than labels people claim.
And many capitalists would claim that what most of the world has isn't true capitalism, common implementation flaws are important to consider for all ideologies.
