Your "crap" drawing is far better than anything I've ever drawn in my entire life.
Don't underestimate yourself. The truth is that the drawing is full of flaws, but if you think something like that, it's just that it's well hidden. A example is the windows, the proportions are all wrong, but just not too bad to be noticible. I think a big part of my drawing skill is hiding the flaws.
