From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Linux is a family of open source Unix-like operating systems based on the Linux kernel, an operating system kernel first released on September 17, 1991 by Linus Torvalds. Linux is typically packaged in a Linux distribution (or distro for short).
Distributions include the Linux kernel and supporting system software and libraries, many of which are provided by the GNU Project. Many Linux distributions use the word "Linux" in their name, but the Free Software Foundation uses the name GNU/Linux to emphasize the importance of GNU software, causing some controversy.

The different heights could be related to your custom font or theme. Does it happen on defaults?
What I can remember, I tried that when Thunar got updated. No difference. The

view doesn't have these different heights, so I am now happy :) Time to finally uninstall Nemo.Hm. You're probably right. When I uninstalled Nemo, it also uninstalled
cinnamon-desktop
. Luckily, I am using EndeavourOS Xfce 😌Yepp! Thunar is the best file manager out there for me, and I have tried a handful of them.
@airikr @sjosjo personally, I prefer Nemo for one reason, it will start in two pane mode. Thunar does not.
