You know he can pack the courts if he really cared, right? Y’all think the lifetime catholic who is against abortion is really on your side for this one?
The executive branch can do that alone? I thought the legislative branch was required to expand SCOTUS.
They are, because the president can nominate, but the legislature has to confirm.
