Michigan guy here. Been a programmer all my life, but I'm dabbling in photography too these days.
I also create games for fun, so there's officially a crowd of us now.
What do we do with a half dozen Midwest game programmers? What would a midwest specific game even be? Corn shucking simulator, maybe an RPG with passive aggressive alignment, or perhaps maybe a game called the long goodbye where you desperately try to leave a party without being impolite.
Not sure, but put me in the list. Programmer by trade, but used to create 3D models and textures back in the GTA3 and Vice city days for mods.
Haven't had a gaming PC on a long time, work always provided a better laptop then I could afford and shifted to consoles.
Saving up for a proper machine after seeing what unreal 5 is all about, is to make my own skateboarding game.
