A Ukrainian conscription officer was filmed bullying a young boy in Odessa. A small fight between the two ensued.

In Lutsk, 30 civilians attacked a conscription office vehicle and beat two military personnel. The incident occurred on August 20 after a man refused to present documents and attempted to flee. During the conflict, a radio station, body camera, and keys were also stolen from the vehicle.

Ukrainian conscription officers were filmed spraying something into a car, apparently trying to force the person inside out after blocking their vehicle. A police car backed up the operation.

Conscription busification in Lvov, backed by Ukrainian police. A local woman can be heard shouting and trying to free the man inside the vehicle. She says: 'You took my brother to the war and he died! Aren't you ashamed? Let the boy go! Let him go!'

Ukrainian youth marched through Ternopil at night after assaulting a conscription officers vehicle, following a confrontation with military personnel.

Cartoon artist Mike Dunakovskiy, known for satirical animations about life in Ukraine, says police launched a 'special operation' to find him, ambushed him outside his home, lightly choked him, handcuffed him, and handed him over to conscription officers. He was mobilized and sent to an Air Assault Forces training center. Dunakovskiy wrote: 'That the anecdote about Stalin has become our reality. The reality of the Land of Dreams. A free country of free people.'

In Odesa, 10 TCC servicemen are suspected of kidnapping and torturing people.

  According to investigators, over the course of several months, they illegally detained citizens, beat them, used tear gas, and forcibly brought them to the TCC. One man was hit by a service car during his arrest, while another was strangled and threatened with forced access to his phone.

  At least eight victims have been identified. Seven of the ten suspects were mobilized in the spring of 2025 and immediately assigned to serve in the Odesa TCC.
