So did r/shitposting. Their sub is a massacre right now.
Oh no, they did literal shit posting, didn't they?
EDIT: I had to go check it out (via Teddit). They're not posting literal shit, but it's funnier than I thought.
The new bot is just wrecking that sub, and gd hilarious.
It is indeed goddammed hilarious. (Literal) shit gets old, but this is gold!
I am amazed at how much fuckery these motherfuckers have come up with to mess with Reddit and I am loving it.
The bot removing a post that used an API call to post, using an API call to moderate and then post. LOL
Lol I had to check it out and that auto mod is doing gods work. Never seen the phrase "fucky wucky" so much.
I unironically believe this is the best form of malicious compliance I've seen out of this new wave of protests. Total kudos to them.
tiddies on front page now
Unthinkable now. But back in the day, it was strange when it didn't happen.
I think it's just that people got used to r/popular instead of r/all. I don't think you can even view r/all in their app. r/popular is similar to r/all, but SFW.
However as always, I may be wrong.
A few years ago they adjusted things so /r/all wouldn't show anything from NSFW subs. Some stuff still got though if it wasn't initially marked. It use to be mostly porn beforehand.
I wonder if anyone at reddit is starting to think "wait.... maybe the community IS important?" Nah, probably not.
Nope, they just want to squash the dissent ASAP and get rid of the users who want more than mindless reposts and shitty memes to endlessly scroll while having ads shoved in their face.
not with a bang, but a butthole
On the contrary, it's often both.
