That's not how this template works. It's supposed to be 2 things he intended to happen and then 1 completely predictable downside to it.

This is 3 upsides for the same people.

He seems to represent McConnell, who certainly seemed surprised about the dictator thing. His bitch ass still fell in line, though. Even if he does quietly complain occasionally.
