Beats me! Occasionally I'll need to delete or edit a post, and I still get messages from people on smaller instances that can still see it.

Because the TikTok ban was one of the most bipartisan bills in recent history.
but the meme is about the aftermath. it doesn't even contain tiktok. some americans moving to red note instead of the other american services depicted in the meme is their consumer choice and not some politicians
