I saw this in a HCI paper once. The prior work was just a review of current science, and had no findings in regards to the topic stated.

I did not point it out to the guy. We all knew 80% of what's written in the field was bullshit.

So many papers and "research" nowadays are just a shitshow of words which chatgpt will make even worse.
