Avoid Weleda. It's based on biodynamic agriculture and antroposophic medicine which are unscientific and coming from a cult.
I'm a bit frustrated by biodynamic agriculture because while it's a total cult, I guess it's a predecessor of sort to integrated farming, which makes a lot of sense. They're not entirely wrong about the whole poisoning of the soil and all that. So while I don't want to support the cult, I would rather use products from biodynamic than from industrial agriculture.
I do not have many kind things to say about antroposophic medicine. I guess it's potential for harm is limited in a toothpaste.

It's about "harvesting cosmic forces", astrology and using preparations with stuff like urinary bladders from red deer, the small intestines of cattle, the skull of a domesticated animal or the mesentery of a cowโฆ
Yeah, predecessor is a poor choice of words. They did some of the right things for the wrong reasons before agricultural science caught up with reality. More of a broken watch kind of situation.
I wouldn't use their toothpaste but honestly you are completely fine using their hand creames, body washes and lotions...
You'll be fine using their toothpaste too. I don't think it has any fluor so it won't be as good as one that does but it won't harm you. But be aware who you are giving your money to.
Just be sure to use toothpaste actually containing sodium fluoride.
Its what our teeth need, its proven to be effective don't let anyone tell you to believe in non scientific facts.
Listen to this. For a couple of years I - unknowingly - used a toothpaste without flourids. Guess in which time period big issues with my teeth started.
i use stannous flouride which is better, but thier toothpaste is somewhat strange, a little more goopy. nAH out there is a hit or miss, no definitive research state which one has the best effect.

Reminder that Unilever (British) is a horrible company like nestle (well I guess they don't have a documented campaign to kill babies or human traffick into chocolate plantation slavery like nestle) and should be avoided when possible.
Normally I would recommend Happy Tabs (a dutch company that makes very good toothpaste tablets with fluoride), but they had a major supply chain change and have shit the bed the entire 2025, stopped responding to bad reviews and support requests, deliveries not going out even though people paid, and even their store page went down

I don't understand what happened to Happy Tabs, they were going strong, good marketing, and had collaborations with KLM airlines and Dille en Kamille and now they have just disappeared off of the face of the earth with no notice.

Big up for salutem! Have been using it for a few years now. It's very nice, doesn't foam, doesn't have anything unecessary, perfect for someone woth a super sensitive mouth like me. I get ulcers from normal toothpaste, like Elmex.
Are there any toothpastes that contain nano hydroxyapatite? There is some interesting resesrch that suggests it could be even better than fluoride because it remineralizes enamel, but it's important that it contains at least 10% of nano hydroxyapatite.

Pepsodent is owned by Unilever which is British. So I guess it is OK to buy it, especially if the only alternative is an American company, for example Colgate.

Pepsodent what founded in US and it might still have factories and offices there but Unilever bought it. I'm not sure where the Pepsodent tooth paste is manufactured but if you buy it you will likely support American jobs in some degree. But the profit that Pepsodent does will go back to Unilever.
Think of Jaguar, it is British but the current owners are Tata which is an Indian company.
Unilever is evil, though.
