This was my first thought! I had to put a Wi-Fi extender right next to my Eve Cam for it to stop doing this.

Nope. Logitech Circle. They’re rock solid when my Apple TV stays the main hub, but sometimes one of my HomePods wrestles control away

Initial thought is that something is not right with your Wi-Fi. When my HomePod minis take over I notice that updates may be a bit slower, but I don’t get that.

I had good luck with Eufy2C’s but ended up giving up on HomeKit recording/detection all together

I have four Efuy 2 cams and a Logitech circle doorbell. The Eufy cams go offline constantly, it is very frustrating.

Yeah, I usually have really good luck with my Circles. Just everyone once in a while the HomePod takes over and wreaks havoc

This happens to me as well, I wish you can choose the device to be used as a hub
