I've used EasyOptOuts for a few years. The only one I can recommend. They do the work and are cheap.

Privacy has become a very important issue in modern society, with companies and governments constantly abusing their power, more and more people are waking up to the importance of digital privacy.
In this community everyone is welcome to post links and discuss topics related to privacy.
Some Rules
- Posting a link to a website containing tracking isn't great, if contents of the website are behind a paywall maybe copy them into the post
- Don't promote proprietary software
- Try to keep things on topic
- If you have a question, please try searching for previous discussions, maybe it has already been answered
- Reposts are fine, but should have at least a couple of weeks in between so that the post can reach a new audience
- Be nice :)

I'm using one for myself and one for my grandpa (who gets tons of landline spam calls).
I haven't noticed a lot that's different for either of us. I think the real reason to use one of these sites is if you want your contact information to be a bit harder to find.
I've been using Delete Me for over a year. They've been able to remove almost all my information from people search websites. When I find my information on a people search website that isn't included in the list of sites they support I can make a request for it to be included in the next round of opt out requests.
