Personal profile: Mostly FOSS apps.

Work profile: Sandboxed apps that depend on microG / Google and track a lot.

As a new user of a custom ROM, I'm still customizing my user interface and settings. I'm also trying to remove bloatware apps that I don't need.

Tbh, sandboxing doesnt matter much if you leave the work profile on 24/7
