I teach martial arts. In my experience spatial awareness is more so learned skills than natural talents like hand-eye coordination. Proxemics (knowing how far you are from something) is also a learned skill.
So in general, I have not seen a gender based divide.
I noticed cuz i was getting off my bed and my naturak unconscious acrobatics to not squish amazed me. It was so very deft
