I've been using https://simplelogin.io for this. Paid for premium and I think it's well worth it. You don't want to use an email that will disappear in a few days if you need to actually receive mail from whatever service you're signing up for.

Another Simple Login user here. Been using for years now, and since the partnership(?) with Proton, it's included with my membership which is great.
I love simple login. Before that I needed to handle multiple email accounts if I didn't want to expose my main email.
Yes, this is such a precious tool. And if they ask for a phone number, you can also find temporary phone number. So useful to confirm account !
I have used spamgourmet for years, and also use the username+identifier format in gmail
I've been using grr.la for that purpose
