Oh God. I am a woman and reasonably experienced, but until I was 40 I had no idea different guys had different penis sizes when erect, I'd had about a dozen guys or so before settling down in my 20s and literally they were all the same size hard, no matter what size they were soft so I thought that was universal.

Not so much anatomy as emotional makeup. My ex thought that every negative emotion I experienced as anger. I’d be sad and she’d be asking me why I was angry. I’d be afraid and she’d ask me why I was angry. I’d be ashamed or frustrated, “why are you angry?”
It really pissed me off
My current partner was absolutely shocked the first time my penis just started moving on its own in a flaccid state. She didn't know it (and the testicles) will just start moving completely on their own.
