Good job! I've been a member of Nava United since before we were recognized, and we just ratified our first contract. Stand strong in bargaining! Hope I meet some members of your union at Labor Notes in April!

Voluntarily as in they knew that if they didn't, they'd have to look for a huge number of new employees. Good for the workers!

Probably more related to the current ftc complaints about the layoffs Microsoft has done post merger. An excellent time to unionize because Microsoft doesn't want to have the eye of the government on them right now
