I bought Suzerain back in the steam sales but never got around to playing it until today. I think I'm only like halfway through the story, so no spoilers please, but I've come to conclusion that I probably shouldn't be put in charge of a country. Particularly one in about a bajillion different crises at once (which I suppose is every country these days)

I've been playing for about 4 hours, but I had to switch it off since is late now. But I guarantee I'm going to be overthrown soon lmao

Hmm. I didn’t get the potting mix for seeds and cuttings, just a cheaper premium general purpose with slow release fertiliser. It should be fine for cat grass seeds I guess.

Apparently it’s good to sterilise soil or potting mix when using for seeds or indoor plants because of moulds, fungus or gnats (though some things say you don’t need to with new stuff)…

I‘ve done it before with adding boiling water in a bucket and packing tin foil over it to hold in the steam. (I’m not using my oven or cooking pots.) The spinach seeds I planted after sterilising did do really well.

I just don’t know if that would destroy the nutrients now... Last time I possibly used potting mix without plant food and just mixed separate fertiliser granules in after it cooled. The tub is still around here.
