Partner decided to go all out on this toasted triple decker sandwich. I really wanted tater tots. We found about half way through that we may experience a little bit of regret, but none were had by the end of it.

Ham, fried egg, smashed avocado, bacon, tomatoes, red onion, lettuce, mayo, mustard on seeded bread.

Poll: Rectangle or triangle? Any particular reason why?

I do triangles because it's easier to bite a corner without making a much of a mess on both table and my face. Also, mum used to only do rectangles, so when I was old enough to start making my own, they were triangles forever.

My take on Arby's Beef and Cheddar. Store was out of onion rolls so just a hard roll.

I don't get to the South anymore so this is my take on a Publix Pub Sub. Chicken tenders, lettuce, tomato, pickle, raw onion, chipotle mayo, pepper jack cheese, oregano.

It's not the prettiest sandwich, but I made the bread and the pecan butter myself. Now I just need to try making jelly.

I'm not a huge fan of peanut butter, but I can't get enough of this pecan butter. Just drizzle some pecans with honey and toast them for a bit in the oven, then put them in a food processor and add salt and honey to taste.

Homemade sub roll, mayo, provolone, Swiss, tomato, green peppers, onions, lettuce, and Mike's Way (olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt pepper, and Italian seasoning).

This was my first attempt at sub rolls. The normal bake time for baguettes was too long, so this one is a tad dark.

Threw together some stuff in the fridge. Toasted of course.

Bacon egg and cheese on a English muffin. Locally made English muffin, thick cut peppered bacon, slice of smoked gouda, fried egg, spicy cheese sauce w/ home fries.

This pleases me

Lots of cheddar and cream cheese. Tomatoes & lots of chives go on after broiling the cheese on the eggo until it just starts to burn. I season with liberal amounts of Tony C's and MSG.

From top to bottom it's shaved ham, fried bologna, pepperoni, spicy honey ham, sweet and spicy pickles, and swiss. Mustard inside, mayonnaise outside.

Chicken pesto mozzarella on asiago ciabatta bread.

Old photo. Had a picnic for Father's Day last year. Made a couple giant sandwiches. There was an identical one except with turkey. Actually had a guy approach us and ask where we bought them. They were fantastic. Obviously I let my Dad take home the leftovers.

Finally got out and got some regular bread, but I must've lost the ham somewhere. This is my hotdog, pepperoni, and Swiss press.
