So. Reddit has "karma" and "CQS" scores. Is there some similar metric on Lemme? Not that I ever really cared about those on reddit, I'm just curious.

Will lemmy ban/kick me for using trIgger words or phrases like punch , kick... (the bad, abusive actor) like reddit bots do?

Today l had shared a post of mine on xmpp and immediately l was given the feedback that it's protected by an authwall.

Coming from Lemmy I remember there was a relatively simple way to view moderation actions, incl. possible comments a mod might have left.

Is it possible to view such things - and all things moderation - on piefed, too?

And, going beyond piefed_help, what is the canonical way of reaching out to mods resp. reacting to an action taken against me?

Can instance bans be queried in a similar way?

Yesterday, piefed ca banned me for some reason. I had made some valuable posts from that account. Basically these are crossposts of a single post. One of these posts had attracted 90 comments. But now all of a sudden, it's showing only 35 comments.

What's going wrong with piefed ?

As in title. Create post -> link -> paste URL in URL -> nothing happens

I checked after someone else asked, so it's not only me

Is there any issue with the lemmy.dbzer0.com instance?

It works for me in the browser (https://piefed.social/c/adhd@lemmy.dbzer0.com for instance) but if I open it up in the Summit app, no posts populate. That leads me to assume its an app issue as opposed to maybe a defederation issue, but if I switch to an account on a different instance in the same app, posts do load, with leads me back to it maybe being a Piefed issue.

Sorry, genuinely baffled, not sure how both can be true. Maybe I just fundamentally misunderstand defederation?

When l'm trying to upload a video in the community, the circled portion is not showing up. But when l'm uploading the video from the moderator's account, it's visible. Any particular reason for this ??🤔🤔🤔

In this post, it's showing 6 comments, but l could read only 4. Moreover, it's my community, so I need to understand what's exactly wrong with.

Since a day ago the first time I open piefed.social the website appears as if I'm logged out, but just clicking "log in" without going through the actual login process it fixes itself. Is it just me?

Update: any action "fixes" it for the session, not just clicking log in.

I noticed !europe@lemmy.dbzer0.com missing from my subscriptions and then piefed.social entirely. I figured I'd try adding it via remote community add but am met with "That community is banned from PieFed." message. What's going on?
