I switched over to Linux Mint a few days ago. While the game doesn't work 'out of the box', it doesn't take too much to get working. And boy does it work - it's loading up quicker than on Windows and seems to be more responsive while on a map too.

I only had one CTD, which was while testing one of the newer mods but I wasn't able to recreate it afterwards. I'll call that a significant win.

Certainly churches and hospitals go hand in hand, but the sounds of ambulances and helicopters might get in the way of the whole 'harmony' thing.

No entirely happy with it yet, but it's resembling something close to where it needs to go now.

I hate the diverging lines of the Bullet Train mod, but it is what it is at this point.

I’ve seen a video in youtube where they can smooth a slop with railroad rails but it didn’t work for me.

They youtuber has a webpage which include all mods but I couldn’t figure out which one does the smoothing.
