So far, we had heard from the Natuonal Archives Records Administration, that October 20th, will be the date, where every US agency needs to have every UAP record(both classified and declassified) in Records Group 615. But, just days ago, the National Archives extended the date for the transmission for the UAP documents, to September 30th, 2025, on par with the UAP Disclosure Act of 2024. However, in the Q&A section in the National Archives site, regarding Records Group 615, the site stated that hopefully, the first materials will show up in Records Group 615. So the remaining question is: Will we see the first material on October 20th, or later? I say, yes, it will, and it must happen.

Most of the folks on this sub know who Christopher Mellon is, but for those of you who may not, here is a link to his Wikipedia page: 

I consider Christopher Mellon one of, if not the most influential proponent of UAP/UFO transparency specifically dedicated to working with the United States Congress to push disclosure legally and within the established rules of intelligence classification. He is extremely well connected and has shown he is very savvy about working with politicians, military officials, and civilians involved in the military and intelligence communities. He had a major hand in drafting the UAP amendment language proposed to go in the 2023 and 2024 NDAA. Furthermore, he was the source who provided the 2017 "Pentagon UFO Videos" including GIMBAL, FLIR, and GOFAST. They can be accessed here: 

I did not realize until today that he has a Substack where he occasionally publishes essays regarding the UAP/UFO topic and wanted to share with all of you. He started the Substack about a year ago and has added older articles and essays for posterity. I personally find his approach to the topic very level headed and fact based. Of course with his security clearances and involvement inside the pentagon and intelligence community, he has access to far more knowledge and intel than he can legally share. The Substack is particularly nice because if you sign up, it will send you an email when something new gets added.

I have become a pretty regular commenter on this forum, and I try to explain away some of the more obvious objects that are mistaken as UFOs/UAPs. I took this image tonight in Murrieta, California, at 7:22PM PDT of Comet Tsuchinshan-ATLAS using my Canon 7D Mk 2 and my EF-S 17-55 lens. It is a 1.6 second exposure at 40mm; ISO 1600; f/2.8; tripod mount. I would like to use it as an example of what can be caught and not seen at the time of capture.

At the top of the image is an aircraft. It is flight AAL1669, and I was aware it was in the frame when I took the photo. You can see the red lights on the left wing, the white strobes on both wingtips, the anti-collision light on the belly, and faintly see the green light on the right wing. See this image for reference.

What I couldn't see, and only showed in the image, is the little white streaks. They are satellites — most likely Starlink satellites given the quantity — that are being lit by the sun just below the horizon. I count four obvious streaks, and at least three faint ones, in just a 1.6 second exposure.

I'm not here to be "the debunker", but I would like to see it as education for members of this subreddit that don't often take this type of photograph: whether with a phone or with a DSLR. Keep watching the skies, and keep posting your images and videos.

I also put another image on my Flickr account that I annotated. It was taken a few minutes after this image and shows eight satellites, an aircraft, and the Messier object M5.

Anyone think there’s a huge traffic of uap reports this month? And often that they are not trying to hide themselves(lights, high populated area). Maybe it’s our technology, drones, ai? List some things that might be the answer. Or maybe im just too deep into this uap stuff. Im often a skeptic if a see a video that looks cgi or ai. But lately some of these videos have been very… weird no explanation from me.

Lots of people have been puzzled about the name "Immaculate Constellation" for the program. It's actually kind of funny and obvious once pointed out. Here is one of the key paragraphs from Shellenberger's reporting:

The report concludes that “the existence of IMMACULATE CONSTELLATION demonstrates the extant capability to detect, quarantine, and transfer UAP and ARV [Alien Reproduction Vehicle] collection incidents before they are observed and circulated within the Military Intelligence Enterprise, thus serving as a means of enforcing internal information security.

"Immaculate" means clean.

"Constellation" means...stars in the night sky.

This program gets first dibs on military sensor data, before the data goes anywhere else. If there are any UFOs in that sensor data, they are immaculately scrubbed out of the picture or removed from the data stream, so that you don't have any unsightly UFOs ruining otherwise nice pictures of constellations in the night sky.

A retired, senior Pentagon official has confirmed that UFO 'mother ships' were spotted 'releasing swarms of smaller craft' — adding further mystery to the still-unexplained intrusions over multiple US military bases.

His statements come amid the release of 50 pages of Air Force records related to provocative 'drone' incursions, that one general calls 'Close Encounters at Langley.'

For at least 17 nights last December, swarms of noisy, small UFOs were seen at dusk 'moving at rapid speeds' and displaying 'flashing red, green, and white lights' penetrating the highly restricted airspace above Langley Air Force Base in Virginia.

Oct 10 – NARA publishes memo requiring Federal agencies to provide releasable UAP records by Sep. 30, 2025

As per the FY24 NDAA stipulations, the National Archives and Records Administration today published a memo requiring Federal agencies to provide any releasable UAP records to the National Archives by Sept. 30, 2025.

Things to look out for in the near future:

September/October/November

• According to Senator Gillibrand – a public hearing in line with AARO's latest report can be expected soon, saying –"I’m hoping July, and if not then September. But I’m trying to do July.” This has more recently been confirmed to be happening in November.
• Speaking with Askapol, Reps. Luna and Burchett indicated that the next UAP hearing is likely to come after the August recess. More recently, this UAP hearing has been penciled in for November 13th.
• The Sol Foundation is holding its second, 2024 symposium on November 22-23 in San Francisco

Beyond/currently unknown

• Following the UAP hearing on the 26th of July, Members of Congress have called for a select committee with subpoena authority, to “go about the task of collecting information from the Pentagon and elsewhere” on unidentified flying objects. There have been conflicting messages from various Members of Congress on whether this is likely to happen anytime soon. Note – a select subcommittee was formally requested on March 13th.
• Reps. Moskowitz, Luna, and Burchett have repeatedly stated their intent to hold field hearings to overcome stonewalling from the Pentagon and military establishment "I think we [Congress] should try to get into one of these places [housing UAP evidence]...and if they won't let us in I think we should have a field hearing right outside the building...and the military will have to explain why that is." – Rep. Moskowitz (D) It is currently unknown when exactly we might expect that to occur, however as of Jan 12 – Rep. Luna confirmed: "I feel confident that we have enough evidence to move forward with our first field hearing. We will be announcing details soon."
• Several journalists have indicated that first-hand witnesses of the alleged UAP legacy programs are in the process of providing testimony/evidence to the relevant authorities (e.g. the IC IG) and/or are on the verge of making public statements in the near future (Example 1, example 2, example 3, example 4)
• David Grusch has received additional clearances through DOPSR to discuss some of his (alleged) first-hand knowledge of Legacy programs. He has mentioned he may be covering more of this information in an upcoming Op-Ed
