Its nearly 2am, I am exhausted and yet I can't sleep because of this stupid cough. Feels like I've always got a tickle in my chest and can't breathe fully but when I do cough hard, all that ever comes out are the tiniest bits of phlegm. Never had this level of respiratory discomfort. Doctors appointment when I wake up, I think.

Rough. I usually smash some cold and flu decongestant if it's that bad or put on my humidifier while sleeping.

Look for products marked 'chesty' or unproductive cough'

Just waiting to see doc and of course the waiting room is where my cough decides to become productive as heck... Will definitely be getting something along those lines to try and consolidate the mucus
