I have a trolley that is one of those wire rack shelving dealies. I am trying to put a new top on. The new top will screw into four holes on the top of the unit. I cannot get these fucking cunts to line up, no matter how many times I template. I am enraged.

Put top upside down on floor. Put trolley upside down on top. Drill/screw into place from underneath. If screws are to go in from the top, then put them in before positioning the trolley. Blu tack is your friend here. I can never get templates right either.

1m length tubes, no can drill from beliw.

I ended up just 3d printing inserts with a through hole for a 10mm drillbit guide, gonna jam them in the poles, double sided tape on top, flip/stick on a piece of ply, pull poles off inserts, drill and voila. Template.
