Well I guess he's not a convicted war criminal yet.

Does the US have the legal authority to arrest him for the war crimes he committed using the bombs we supplied them, though?

The US would never arrest him of course. The ICJ did issue a ruling a few days ago promising legal consequences, and Netanyahu's plane apparently explicitly avoided landing in Europe on his way to the US congress, for fear of being arrested there.
