It was kale that I missed from purple the first guess, and butter that I added in.That said, Beethoven feels like a bit of a cheat. Beetroot is the only vegetable that didn't have its complete name included at the start of the substitute word. Nevertheless, it was actually what clued me in to purple to begin with. I spent very little time considering Beethoven as a composer, because nothing else was remotely musical or historical. I spent a little more time on Beethoven the dog, but not much. Then I thought "hmm, maybe it's the purple and it's about beginning or ending with something", and the first thought I had was "beet" as short for beetroot.
